How much does it cost to automate manual processes with AI?

Automations and integrations usually take 1 to 3 weeks, depending on how many systems need to talk to each other — CRM, spreadsheets, WhatsApp, ERPs. The exact timeline is defined in a technical proposal, delivered within 24h after the discovery call.

We work with split payments: 50% at the start of the project and 50% on delivery, via PIX or bank transfer. For larger projects, the payment schedule is aligned with partial deliveries.

What influences the cost most is the number of integrated systems and the expected processing volume. Simple automations (a webhook triggering an action) cost much less than workflows that process large volumes of data at scale, like asynchronous queues running on AWS.
